Private Residence – Miami Beach, Florida

The owners of this modern residence came to Studio RODA with a very specific remit: to design a serene, oasis-like environment with an additional third bedroom. To meet the request without obstructing the apartment’s natural light, the studio employed a muted palette of earthen hues and tactile materials, ranging from smooth monochrome granite countertops and subtle gold-lined fixtures to buttery leather furnishings and sheer, sunlight-diffusing curtains. Privacy without additional weight was achieved through floating space dividers, while select custom furnishings inject additional character into the home.
