This 10,000-square-foot home captures the essence of 1930s streamlined modernism, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The architecture features soft, flowing curves that extend seamlessly from the exterior to the interior, creating a cohesive and elegant aesthetic. Inside, Studio RODA’s interior design embraces minimalist principles with rich textures and sophisticated materials. Custom millwork with undulating forms complements the clean lines of the space, while matte and gray travertine floors add tactile depth. Champagne-hued metal fixtures and detailed paneling infuse warmth and subtle luxury without overwhelming the serene atmosphere. The residence balances raw brutalist elements with refined finishes to create a contemporary yet inviting environment. Natural light is strategically used to sculpt spaces and highlight architectural features, enhancing the overall ambiance.
